Less Patriotism over Foreign Customer Satisfaction

  We know that India is one of the major developing countries in the world, with a population of over 1.41 billion people. 

The Gist:

As technology is booming, the non-IT sector is also becoming one of the major developing fields. Now I am going to talk about how a few companies and their MDs are ruining employee's mindsets and the nation.

Experience:

I used to work in a company located in Bengaluru as customer support (role changed). My company had major clients from the UK and the US. I am going to talk about my experience with the UK client, the one we took independence from. We all understand the importance and significance of national holidays in India. Because of company policies and greedy company owners, the independence we took was questioned. This has led to a growing conversation about workers' rights and the need for fair treatment in the workplace. As individuals increasingly advocate for their rights, it becomes essential to recognize the true value of these holidays beyond mere time off.
